ByWay is a new travel company that explores slow travel holidays exploring the UK and beyond, by train, boat, bike and more. We want to help you discover the world by travelling through it, not flying over it.
I was asked to help By Way with planning, design, development both the current website and support in the development of a stronger communications plan.
- Define key user personas, site map, user flows, customer journeys, and explore the design solution for the website.
Assist in the Design production, and build of the website across mobile and desktop.

Conducted a web optimsation report
Firstly, I conducted a web optimsation report to highlight areas of improvement throughout the website.
I interviewed stakeholders of the company to get their feedback on areas they felt needing inprovement and looked at google analytics of how customers where using the website.
I intervewed a few travelled who had not used the website before to gain some feedback on the website.
