As part of my role as new business manaer, I wanted to explore creative solutions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
I turned my attention to the mobile experience. I revised the navigation and layout of mobile templates, to better aid users flow through browsing and contacting the agents.
Food Hall – a food and drink production company needed help to reinvigorate their brand and online presence to appeal to new audiences.
I focused on an image-first approach to UX design with the goal of elevating the brand and their talent’s digital presence. Thorough testing of our ideas through rapid-prototyping allowed myself to quickly reach the right solution to give the user the best possible experience.
I reviewed the website analytics, were I was able to identify the key elements of the site that needed the most attentions, adding in a 'Services' page, advancing the "About us' and mobile.
By using site data to inform me before we kicked off the project, we were able to make the an impact quickly on increasing conversations and improving the overall experience.
